Our History

Mitchell Electric was founded in March of 1969 by Delbert and Pat Mitchell.  Dan Mitchell, Delbert and Pat’s son, joined the family business after completing his education.  In August 1991, Dan and his wife, Teresa, purchased the business from his parents and incorporated it:  Mitchell Enterprises, Inc., dba Mitchell Electric. Dan and Teresa have continued to grow and develop the customer base and business operations of Mitchell Electric.  Mitchell Electric’s office is located in Meridian, and has a full-time staff including journeyman and apprentice electricians, a dispatcher, and office administration employees.

Dan and Teresa’s son, Jeremiah, joined in 2013. Jeremiah and his team understand Mitchell Electric’s commitment to their customers, to continue to provide high-quality electrical services to Treasure Valley businesses and residents.
